Modern self’s innovative well-being program is thoughtfully designed for individuals to expand their self-confidence, boost creativity, and release the effects of stress on the body.

Led by Jen White, the founder of Modern self, innovative well-being goes one step beyond mindfulness or meditation programs to offer an authentic addition to your current wellness program.

Sessions are crafted for small and large audiences in a way that is engaging, relaxed and effective.

options include; 45 or 60 minutes, bi-weekly, monthly, or simply a one-time session.

  • Going one step beyond mindfulness or meditation, Modern Self’s program is designed to deliver more measurable and specific outcomes. Jen believes that beyond guiding others towards relaxation and stress release, creative language and imagination can have a positive influence on perspective and everyday life. Each session follows the unique structure — safety, communication, growth.

  • jen’s background in hypnotherapy and nlp (neuro-linguistic programming) began after years of confronting mental health difficulties and experiencing stressful environments. she crafts her offerings to provide deep mind-body relaxation, communication and coherence. with 6 years of experience practising complementary therapies, she combines her understanding of multiple approaches to provide a one-of-a-kind journey through mind and body towards more calm, curious and confident living.

  • Offered in 45 or 60 minute sessions, the general structure consists of:

    Welcome & introduction to her work any prior questions or concerns hypnosis (usually 70% of total time).

    Group discussion, questions, comments

    Tips & advice, occasionally a take-home experiment or practise for ongoing session attendees

    *bi-weekly sessions for 2-3 months is encouraged for best engagement & results.
